Hong Han Xiang

My condolence to Hong Han Xiang and family.
he passed away yesterday morning at about 8am
It was a hit-and-run accident.
Although i may not know him personally,
i saw him in school everyday during recess and assembly
We were told that he was hit at about 1am by a drunk driver
but was left at the place of incident until around 7am before a passerby found him.
His parents were informed of their son’s death around 8am.
That night, he went to Bon Odori festival with his girlfriend.
After dropping her home, he went to watch movie with friends.
(if i'm not mistaken)
On the way home, the accident occurred.
if Han Xiang was sent to hospital immediately,
he might have had the chance to live!
Imagine a 19-year-old bleeding and shivering in pain, in the rain,
on the street at about 1am in the morning
and there was nobody there to help.
There is nothing wrong with hitting a motorcyclist by accident
the CRUEL, HEARTLESS, BRAINLESS driver should be punished for his ignorance!!
A week ago, Han Xiang was appointed as the Vice-President of the Red Crescents Society.
And he was to be named the Captain of FCC too.
Haizzz!! It's too late now....
