Dilemma situation

Yea.... how to deal with such situation?
I got a scholarship from local college to continue my degree.
I applied in case i didn't get the course i want in local uni.
It was actually my Plan B.
But
They want an answer by this Monday morning.
.....And local uni haven't give any answer!!
Frankly speaking, i prefer to study in local Uni.
I hope i can get a place in USM!
My parents are worried that i didn't get the course i want
so they prefer i enter the college!
Ahhhh!!!
Frustration!!
